Excel competency matrix để đánh giá PM theo level từ Associate PM, PM, Senior PM, Lead/Group PM đến Director/VP.

Cách dùng: chọn target level, score từng competency từ 1-5 bằng evidence, không đánh giá bằng cảm giác. Mỗi điểm số cần có evidence cụ thể như decision memo, roadmap trade-off, customer discovery notes, release quality, stakeholder update hoặc mentoring impact.

Nên tracking: Product Judgment, Discovery, Execution, Communication, People Impact, current score, target score, evidence, gap, growth action, owner và due date.

Dùng tốt cho monthly coaching, quarterly performance review, promotion calibration và xây growth plan.
