Tôi invest nhiều hơn vào upfront discovery: user research, prototype testing, stakeholder workshops để validate assumptions sớm. Khi chúng ta biết nhiều hơn trước khi build, mid-sprint changes giảm đáng kể. Prevention tốt hơn cure.
