Khi Sales, CS, Data, Design và Engineering cùng vào discovery, facilitator phải giữ conversation ở problem/evidence level trước khi nhảy sang solution.

• Start with customer pain and evidence.
• Ask each function for constraints and risks.
• Separate facts, assumptions, questions and decisions.
• Close with next experiment or decision owner.

Case study: scope alignment workshop

Sales wants enterprise SSO this quarter, Engineering sees platform risk, CS sees onboarding pain. Workshop output: MVP supports SAML for two enterprise customers, SCIM deferred, CS gets onboarding checklist, Engineering owns spike for group mapping.

Definition of done

• Workshop had a clear decision or learning goal.
• Pre-read was sent before meeting.
• Decision, owner, due date and open questions are documented.
• Participants leave with same understanding of scope and next step.
