Tôi đã: (1) setup distributed tracing với Jaeger, phát hiện bottleneck ở Redis connection pool, (2) tăng pool size và add connection reuse, (3) implement caching layer cho product catalog queries, (4) setup auto-scaling dựa trên custom metrics thay vì chỉ CPU. Kết quả: P99 latency giảm từ 2s xuống 300ms.

Khi thấy server chậm, tôi restart service trước. Nếu vẫn chậm thì kiểm tra log và tìm error message.
