Khi build automation framework cho mobile banking app, tôi evaluate 3 tools: Appium, Detox, và Maestro. Setup proof-of-concept cho mỗi tool trong 1 tuần. Appium thắng vì: cross-platform support (iOS + Android), team đã có Selenium experience, và integration tốt với CI/CD qua Jenkins. Sau 6 tháng, test suite có 450 test cases, chạy parallel trên 8 devices, giảm regression testing time từ 3 ngày xuống 4 giờ.
