Present findings với framework "Borrow the intent, not the implementation". CEO đồng ý, và adapted feature outperform competitor version 2x trong user satisfaction.

Facilitate PI Planning cho 5 teams (40 người) theo SAFe framework. Preparation 2 tuần: (1) align vision với Product Management, (2) prepare architecture briefing cho technical enablers, (3) setup virtual board (Miro) với pre-populated features. Event 2 ngày: team breakouts, dependency mapping, risk identification. Kết quả: 23 features planned, 8 cross-team dependencies identified sớm, program predictability tăng từ 60% lên 82% so với PI trước.

Cách tiếp cận của tôi là luôn đặt user lên đầu. Mọi quyết định đều phải benefit cho end user. Tôi cũng coi trọng feedback từ team.
